【摘要】：目的探討宮腔內(nèi)人工受精(IUI)治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥合并不孕癥的效果及其影響因素。方法選擇我院2013年1月~2015年1月收治的子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥合并不孕癥患者150例,對患者進(jìn)行腹腔鏡手術(shù),然后進(jìn)行人工授精(IUI),分析影響子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥合并不孕癥妊娠成功率的因素。結(jié)果影響子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥合并不孕癥妊娠成功率的因素主要包括年齡35歲以下、促排卵、術(shù)后時間1年內(nèi)、AFS分期為I和IⅠ期、IUI周期數(shù)低于3、IUI時機(jī)在排卵前后各一次。結(jié)論 IUI治療子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥(EMS)不孕效果的影響因素包括年齡、不孕時間、排卵情況等,通過對影響因素進(jìn)行干預(yù),能夠提高IUI治療EMS不孕患者的成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect and influencing factors of (IUI) in the treatment of endometriosis complicated with infertility. Methods from January 2013 to January 2015, 150 cases of endometriosis complicated with infertility were treated in our hospital.
