【摘要】：目的探討可溶性程序性死亡分子1(sPD-1)及其配體可溶性程序性死亡分子L1(sPD-L1)、相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子TGF-β、IL-10在不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)中的作用和相關(guān)性。方法收集不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)組、正常妊娠組和健康對(duì)照組血清,通過酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)方法檢測(cè)sPD-1、sPD-L1的表達(dá)水平;流式液相多重蛋白定量技術(shù)(CBA)檢測(cè)相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子TGF-β、IL-10水平變化。分析sPD-1/sPD-L1與TGF-β、IL-10相關(guān)性及其不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)的作用。結(jié)果在不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)組的血清中,sPD-1的表達(dá)水平明顯高于正常妊娠組(P0.01),sPD-L1在不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)組中的表達(dá)略高于正常妊娠組(P0.01),且sPD-1/sPD-L1的比值在不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)組中明顯升高。TGF-β、IL-10水平在不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)組中降低(P0.01),而且sPD-1/sPD-L1的變化與TGF-β、IL-10呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論不明原因反復(fù)性流產(chǎn)組中sPD-1的水平明顯增多,Treg細(xì)胞相關(guān)細(xì)胞因子減少,可能不利于妊娠,易引發(fā)流產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Aim to investigate the role and correlation of soluble programmed death molecule 1 (sPD-1) and its ligand soluble programmed death molecule L1 (sPD-L1), related cytokines TGF- 尾 and IL-10 in unexplained recurrent abortion. Methods the serum of unexplained recurrent abortion group, normal pregnancy group and healthy control group were collected and the expression of sPD-1,sPD-L1 was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The levels of TGF- 尾 and IL-10 were detected by flow cytometric multiple protein quantitative technique (CBA). The correlation between sPD-1/sPD-L1 and TGF- 尾, IL-10 and the effect of unexplained recurrent abortion were analyzed. Results the expression level of sPD-1 in serum of unexplained recurrent abortion group was significantly higher than that of normal pregnancy group (P0.01), and the expression of sPD-L1 in unexplained recurrent abortion group was slightly higher than that of normal pregnancy group (P0.01). The levels of sPD-1/sPD-L1-尾 and IL-10 were significantly decreased in the group of unexplained recurrent abortion (P0.01), and the changes of sPD-1/sPD-L1 and TGF- 尾 were significantly higher than those in the group of unexplained recurrent abortion (P0.01). IL-10 was negatively correlated. Conclusion in the group of unexplained recurrent abortion, the level of sPD-1 increased significantly, and the number of Treg cell-related cytokines decreased, which may be unfavorable to pregnancy and easy to induce abortion.
