【摘要】：目的·探討提高孕前及孕早期甲狀腺疾病篩查率的方法。方法·收集連云港市第一人民醫(yī)院2016年1月至2016年12月入院待產(chǎn)的1 212例孕婦作為研究對象,對其進(jìn)行調(diào)查問卷,內(nèi)容包括孕婦基本情況、信息來源方式、對甲狀腺疾病的認(rèn)知程度、是否進(jìn)行甲狀腺功能篩查及篩查時間,并進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果·1 212例調(diào)查對象中,認(rèn)知甲狀腺疾病及其對妊娠危害的為214例(17.66%),僅認(rèn)知甲狀腺疾病的為659例(54.37%),對上述情況均不了解的為339例(27.97%)。接受甲狀腺功能篩查情況:孕前29例(2.39%),孕早期185例(15.26%),孕中晚期635例(52.39%),未篩查363例(29.95%);認(rèn)知水平與總篩查率及孕前、孕早期的篩查率均呈正相關(guān)(r=0.57,r=0.15,P=0.000)。結(jié)論·提高育齡婦女對甲狀腺疾病及疾病對妊娠危害的認(rèn)知程度,有利于提高妊娠期甲狀腺疾病的篩查率。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the methods of improving the screening rate of thyroid diseases before and after the pregnancy. Methods One 212 pregnant women from the first People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from January 2016 to December 2016 were collected as the subject of the study, and the questionnaire was carried out, including the basic situation of pregnant women, the way of information source and the degree of cognition of thyroid diseases. Whether the thyroid function screening and screening time were performed and analyzed. Results: Of the 212 cases,214 cases (17.66%) and 659 cases (54.37%) of the thyroid diseases were recognized, and 339 cases (27.97%) were not found in the above-mentioned cases. The screening of thyroid function:29 (2.39%) in the first trimester,185 (15.26%) in the early stage of the pregnancy,635 (52.39%) in the middle and late of the pregnancy,363 (29.95%) in the non-screened, and positive correlation between the cognitive level and the total screening rate (r = 0.57, r = 0.15, P = 0.000). Conclusion: To improve the cognitive level of women of childbearing age on the risk of thyroid diseases and diseases, and to improve the screening rate of thyroid diseases during pregnancy.
