【摘要】：目的探討宮腔鏡治療內(nèi)生型剖宮產(chǎn)瘢痕妊娠(cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)的臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法 2012年4月~2014年10月,對(duì)34例內(nèi)生型CSP采用宮腔鏡手術(shù)治療,其中7例行宮腔鏡下清宮術(shù),27例行子宮動(dòng)脈栓塞后宮腔鏡下清宮術(shù),術(shù)后定期復(fù)查血β-h CG及B超。結(jié)果 34例CSP均1次手術(shù)成功。手術(shù)時(shí)間(17.5±3.5)min,術(shù)中出血量(17.5±7.5)ml,總住院時(shí)間4~5 d,均未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重并發(fā)癥,術(shù)后28天內(nèi)血β-h CG均下降至正常,2個(gè)月內(nèi)月經(jīng)復(fù)潮。結(jié)論宮腔鏡手術(shù)治療CSP具有可視性好,出血少,操作簡(jiǎn)單,成功率高,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥少,住院時(shí)間短等優(yōu)點(diǎn),值得在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of hysteroscopy in the treatment of scar pregnancy (cesarean scar pregnancy,CSP with endogenous cesarean section. Methods from April 2012 to October 2014, 34 cases of endogenous CSP were treated by hysteroscopic surgery. Among them, 7 cases underwent hysteroscopic hysterectomy, 27 cases underwent hysteroscopic hysterectomy after uterine artery embolization, and the blood 尾-h CG and B-ultrasound were reexamined regularly after operation. Results all 34 cases of CSP were operated successfully once. The duration of operation was (17.5 鹵3.5) min, the total hospitalization time of (17.5 鹵7.5) ml, was 4 days, there were no serious complications, the blood 尾-h CG decreased to normal within 28 days after operation, and menstruation resumed within 2 months. Conclusion hysteroscopic surgery has the advantages of good visibility, less bleeding, simple operation, high success rate, less postoperative complications and shorter hospitalization time.
