【摘要】：目的:探討宮頸癌合并乳腺癌患者的臨床特點、治療及預(yù)后。方法:2013年1月至2015年5月昆明醫(yī)科大學第三附屬醫(yī)院共收治23例多原發(fā)癌患者,其中7例患者為宮頸癌合并乳腺癌,對這7例患者的臨床及病理資料進行回顧性分析。結(jié)果:1宮頸癌合并乳腺癌占宮頸癌合并其他部位惡性腫瘤的30.43%,占宮頸癌的0.25%。27例宮頸癌合并乳腺癌患者均為異時性癌,其中5例第一原發(fā)癌為乳腺癌,2例第一原發(fā)癌為宮頸癌。37例患者第二原發(fā)癌確診時,5例宮頸癌為早中期(0～ⅡB期),2例乳腺癌分別為ⅡB期、ⅢA期。依據(jù)各腫瘤的治療原則分別行根治性治療。4第一原發(fā)癌確診后生存期均超過2年,生存期達5年的有5例占71.43%。目前7例全部存活。結(jié)論:宮頸癌合并乳腺癌在宮頸癌合并其他部位惡性腫瘤中占有較大比例,在宮頸癌診治及隨訪中不應(yīng)忽略對雙側(cè)乳腺的隨訪檢查,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)、及時治療宮頸癌合并乳腺癌,能取得較好的預(yù)后。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of cervical cancer complicated with breast cancer. Methods: from January 2013 to May 2015, 23 patients with multiple primary cancer were treated in the third affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. Among them, 7 cases were cervical cancer complicated with breast cancer. The clinical and pathological data of these 7 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results: (1) Cervical cancer complicated with breast cancer accounted for 30.43% of cervical cancer with other malignant tumors, accounting for 0.25% of cervical cancer. All 27 cases of cervical cancer complicated with breast cancer were metachronous carcinoma, of which 5 cases were the first primary cancer.
