【摘要】：正健康女性陰道菌群以乳桿菌為主,同時(shí)包含少量厭氧菌及兼性厭氧菌,包括奇異菌屬、棒狀桿菌、動(dòng)彎桿菌、普氏菌屬、陰道加德納菌、纖毛菌屬、氣球菌屬(anaerococcus)和微單胞菌屬(pepto-niphilus)等。除乳桿菌外,一些其他細(xì)菌如奇異菌屬也可產(chǎn)生乳酸,屬于潛在的益生菌或致病菌。這些細(xì)菌可使陰道p H值輕度升高。陰道菌群變化與微生態(tài)失調(diào)及疾病相關(guān)。月經(jīng)、激素波動(dòng)、性行為、衛(wèi)生行為、新的性伴侶及陰道微生物構(gòu)成變
[Abstract]:The vaginal flora of healthy women is dominated by Lactobacillus and contains a small number of anaerobic and facultative anaerobic bacteria, including the genus Strange, Corynebacterium, Campylobacter, Puctus, Gardnerella vaginalis, Ciliomycilium, (anaerococcus) and pepto-niphilus, etc. In addition to Lactobacillus, some other bacteria, such as Strange can also produce lactic acid, is a potential probiotics or pathogenic bacteria. These bacteria may cause a slight increase in the pH value of the vagina. Changes in vaginal flora are associated with microecological disorders and diseases.
