【摘要】：目的:通過檢測(cè)肝素結(jié)合性表皮生長(zhǎng)因子(HB-EGF)在多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)患者血清和卵泡液中的表達(dá)量,探討PCOS發(fā)病的可能機(jī)制。方法:選擇60例因PCOS實(shí)施體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)術(shù)患者為PCOS組;同期卵巢反應(yīng)正常,因輸卵管阻塞接受IVF治療的患者60例作為對(duì)照組,收集兩組采卵日的血清及卵泡液,采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測(cè)血清和卵泡液中HB-EGF的表達(dá)量。結(jié)果:PCOS組患者血清及卵泡液中HB-EGF表達(dá)量均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.01);PCOS組和對(duì)照組血清HB-EGF水平均明顯高于卵泡液,且呈正相關(guān)(r=0.85,P0.01;r=0.87,P0.01)。結(jié)論:PCOS患者存在高HB-EGF血癥,卵泡液中HB-EGF升高可能受血清中HB-EGF影響,HB-EGF可能與PCOS的發(fā)生機(jī)制有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the expression of heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (HB-EGF) in serum and follicular fluid of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and to explore the possible pathogenesis of PCOS. Methods: 60 patients undergoing in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) due to PCOS were selected as PCOS group. The serum and follicular fluid were collected from 60 patients with oviduct obstruction treated with IVF as control group. The expression of HB-EGF in serum and follicular fluid was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) at the same time. The expression of HB-EGF in serum and follicular fluid was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Results: the expression of HB-EGF in serum and follicular fluid in PCOS group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.01). The level of serum HB-EGF in); PCOS group and control group was significantly higher than that in follicular fluid, and there was a positive correlation (r = 0.85, P 0.01). R = 0.87, P0.01 (r = 0.87, P0.01). Conclusion: there is high HB-EGF in PCOS patients. The increase of HB-EGF in follicular fluid may be affected by HB-EGF in serum. HB-EGF may be related to the pathogenesis of PCOS.
