【摘要】：妊娠期肝內(nèi)膽汁淤積癥(ICP)是好發(fā)于我國長江流域的妊娠期特發(fā)性疾病。2015年7月,中華醫(yī)學會婦產(chǎn)科學分會產(chǎn)科學組根據(jù)國內(nèi)外最新研究進展,發(fā)布了"妊娠期肝內(nèi)膽汁淤積癥診療指南(2015)"。文章關注該指南變更的一些要點并綜述了妊娠期肝內(nèi)膽汁淤積癥的最新診治進展。
[Abstract]:Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) is one of the most common idiopathic diseases of pregnancy in the Yangtze River Basin in China. In July 2015, according to the latest research progress at home and abroad, the department of obstetrics and gynaecology credits of the Chinese Medical Association, Published the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (2015). This article focuses on some key points of this guideline and reviews the latest progress in the diagnosis and treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.
