【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,21歲,未婚,因軀干丘疹、紅斑、口腔潰瘍3天,于2016年12月1日入我院皮膚科。入院前10天患者因"停經(jīng)50~+天",于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行婦科彩超、血β-HCG檢查,診斷為"異位妊娠"。入院前6天自行注射"甲氨蝶呤50 mg/d",連續(xù)3天。此后出現(xiàn)少量陰道流血,有輕度腹痛,無惡心、嘔吐等不適。自訴入院前3天軀干、下腹部出現(xiàn)大小不等丘疹、紅斑,口腔潰瘍
[Abstract]:One case reported, 21 years old, unmarried, due to trunk papules, erythema, oral ulcer 3 days, admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital on December 1, 2016. Ten days before admission, the patient was diagnosed as "ectopic pregnancy" by gynecological ultrasound and blood 尾-HCG examination due to "menopause 50-day". Six days before admission, methotrexate (MTX) 50 mg/d was injected automatically for 3 consecutive days. After that, a small amount of vaginal bleeding, with mild abdominal pain, no nausea, vomiting and other discomfort. Three days before admission, the lower abdomen showed uneven papules, erythema and oral ulcers.
