子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者細(xì)菌感染與炎癥因子的表達(dá)

【摘要】:目的探討子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者細(xì)菌感染及炎癥因子白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)、白細(xì)胞介素-11(IL-11)的表達(dá),分析子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生與局部微環(huán)境中的炎癥變化的關(guān)系,以揭示炎癥在子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)生及發(fā)展中的機(jī)制。方法選取醫(yī)院2011年6月-2013年6月子宮內(nèi)膜癌(研究組)與子宮肌瘤患者(對(duì)照組)各40例,采集宮頸分泌物及子宮內(nèi)膜組織進(jìn)行細(xì)菌培養(yǎng),以免疫組化染色法檢測(cè)子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的IL-6、IL-11的表達(dá)。結(jié)果研究組患者宮頸分泌物、子宮內(nèi)膜組織中細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性率分別為40.00%、30.00%,高于對(duì)照組的15.00%、5.00%,兩組細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);子宮內(nèi)膜癌患者低分化、中分化、高分化時(shí)子宮內(nèi)膜組織細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性率分別為25.00%、33.33%、28.57%,FIGO分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期時(shí)子宮內(nèi)膜組織細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性率分別為29.41%、33.33%,不同分化程度、分期子宮內(nèi)膜組織中細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;研究組子宮內(nèi)膜組織中IL-6、IL-11陽(yáng)性表達(dá)明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)陽(yáng)性率高于正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織,炎癥因子IL-6、IL-11陽(yáng)性表達(dá)升高,提示感染及炎癥因子可能參與了子宮內(nèi)膜癌的發(fā)病過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the bacterial infection and the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and interleukin-11 (IL-11) in patients with endometrial carcinoma, and to analyze the relationship between the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma and the changes of inflammation in the local microenvironment. In order to reveal the mechanism of inflammation in the pathogenesis and development of endometrial carcinoma.
