【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)奧硝唑聯(lián)合阿奇霉素治療盆腔炎的療效,為臨床提供循證參考。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索Cochrane圖書(shū)館、Pub Med、EMBase、SCI、相關(guān)期刊論文、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),收集奧硝唑聯(lián)合阿奇霉素(試驗(yàn)組)對(duì)比甲硝唑單用或聯(lián)合其他抗菌藥物(對(duì)照組)治療盆腔炎的隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)(RCT),提取資料并參考"Cochrane系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)員手冊(cè)5.3"進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),采用Rev Man 5.3統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入6項(xiàng)RCT,合計(jì)658例患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,試驗(yàn)組患者總有效率[RR=1.21,95%CI(1.14,1.29),P0.001]和治愈率[RR=1.52,95%CI(1.32,1.76),P0.001]均顯著高于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:奧硝唑聯(lián)合阿奇霉素治療盆腔炎療效較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy of ornidazole combined with azithromycin in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: the Cochrane Library, Pub Med,EMBase,SCI, Chinese Journal full-text Database, Chinese sci-tech periodical Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database were searched by computer. A randomized controlled trial of ornidazole combined with azithromycin (test group) and metronidazole alone or in combination with other antimicrobial agents (control group) in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease (RCT),) The data were extracted and evaluated with reference to "Cochrane system evaluator's Manual 5.3". The Meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man 5.3 statistical software. Results: a total of 658 patients with RCT, were enrolled. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate [RR=1.21,95%CI (1.14,1.29), P0.001] and the cure rate [RR=1.52,95%CI (1.32, 1.76)] in the trial group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). P 0.001] were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.01), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Ornidazole combined with azithromycin is effective in the treatment of pelvic inflammation.
