【摘要】：目的探討燃煤污染型氟中毒孕婦對(duì)新生兒體格發(fā)育與智力發(fā)育的影響。方法選取本地區(qū)燃煤污染型地方性氟中毒病區(qū)孕婦分娩的68例新生兒作為觀察組,再選擇常健康孕婦分娩的50例足月新生兒作為對(duì)照組,比較兩組新生兒出生后1h生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育指標(biāo),并比較兩組嬰幼兒出生3、6、9、12個(gè)月后體重發(fā)育、身長(zhǎng)發(fā)育與智能發(fā)育指數(shù)(MDI)和運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)育指數(shù)(PDI)。結(jié)果觀察組新生兒其體重、身長(zhǎng)、頭圍、胸圍、上臂圍以及頂臂長(zhǎng)均顯著低于對(duì)照組新生兒,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組嬰幼兒出生3、6、9、12個(gè)月后,對(duì)照組嬰幼兒體重發(fā)育、身長(zhǎng)發(fā)育等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)顯著優(yōu)于觀察組(P0.05);兩組嬰幼兒出生3、6、9以及12個(gè)月后,觀察組MDI、PDI指數(shù)均顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論燃煤污染型氟中毒孕婦可對(duì)其新生兒的體格發(fā)育及智力發(fā)育造成一定的影響,應(yīng)高度重視燃煤型氟中毒地區(qū)孕婦的保健工作,采取積極的氟中毒防治措施,以減少氟中毒對(duì)新生兒的不良影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of pregnant women with coal-fired fluorosis on the physical and intellectual development of newborns. Methods 68 newborns of pregnant women in endemic fluorosis area with coal-burning pollution were selected as observation group and 50 full-term newborns from normal healthy pregnant women as control group. The growth and development indexes of newborn infants at 1 hour after birth were compared, and the body weight, body length development and intelligence development index (MDI) and motor development index (PDI).) were compared after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months after birth. Results the weight, length, head circumference, chest circumference, upper arm circumference and parietal arm length of the neonates in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). After 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months of birth, the weight development and the development grade of the infants in the control group were significantly better than those in the observation group (P0.05). After 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of birth, the MDI,PDI index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion pregnant women with coal-burning fluorosis may have certain influence on the physical and intellectual development of their newborns. Attention should be paid to the health care of pregnant women in areas of fluorosis caused by coal burning, and active measures for the prevention and treatment of fluorosis should be taken. In order to reduce the adverse effects of fluorosis on the newborn.
