[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between in vitro and in vivo development rate and sex of embryos in vitro fertilization and embryo culture. Methods the data of 4 062 cases of successful pregnancy and live delivery after assisted reproductive therapy were analyzed retrospectively. The total number of newborn infants was 5398. According to how long the embryo was cultured in vitro, they were divided into 4 groups: the second day group (D2), the 3rd day group (D3), the 4th day group (D4), and the 5th and 6th day group (D5N6). To compare and analyze the relationship between in vitro culture time and development speed of embryo and the sex of born baby. At the same time, the difference of birth weight of 637 pairs of twins in the same period was analyzed. Results among all the live births, 2 908 were male infants and 2 490 female infants. The ratio of male infants was 53.7. With the extension of embryo transfer in vitro, the proportion of male infants increased gradually (50.7% 53.5%). 56.8%, but there was no significant difference among the three groups (P < 0. 424). The mean body weight of the 637 pairs of twins of the same period was (2 426 鹵475) g, which was significantly higher than that of the female (2 356 鹵865) g (P0. 035). Conclusion with the prolongation of embryo transfer in vitro, the proportion of male infants born alive increases gradually, and the growth rate of embryos of different sexes is different in vivo, and the weight of male newborns is significantly higher than that of females.
