【摘要】：目的研究子宮內(nèi)膜癌組織中RECK與MMP-9表達(dá)及其臨床意義。方法選取于2012年4月至2015年1月期間在漯河醫(yī)學(xué)高等�？茖W(xué)校第一、二附屬醫(yī)院住院手術(shù)切除并經(jīng)病理確診的內(nèi)膜癌標(biāo)本運(yùn)用免疫組化S-P法進(jìn)行檢測(cè),分析RECK和MMP-9的表達(dá)情況及其相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 RECK基因在內(nèi)膜癌陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率明顯高于對(duì)照組,分別為35.0%和84.4%;內(nèi)膜癌I期組陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率明顯高于Ⅱ-Ⅳ期組,分別為51.4%和12.0%,兩兩比較差異顯著(P0.05)。MMP-9在正常內(nèi)膜陽(yáng)性率明顯低于內(nèi)膜癌組,分別為17.8%和76.7%;內(nèi)膜癌I期組陽(yáng)性率明顯低于Ⅱ-Ⅳ期組,分別為65.7%和92.0%,二者比較差異顯著(P0.05)。MMP-9的表達(dá)與RECK呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.390,P0.05)。結(jié)論 RECK及MMP-9的表達(dá)在子宮內(nèi)膜癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中發(fā)揮一定作用并對(duì)預(yù)后的判斷具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of RECK and MMP-9 in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods from April 2012 to January 2015, samples of endometrial carcinoma, which were surgically resected and confirmed by pathology in the first and second affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College, were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. The expression of RECK and MMP-9 and their correlation were analyzed. Results the positive expression rate of RECK gene in endometrial carcinoma was 35.0% and 84.4%, respectively.
