【摘要】：目的初步探討G蛋白偶聯(lián)雌激素受體(GPER)在子宮內(nèi)膜息肉中的表達及意義。 方法分別取30例子宮內(nèi)膜息肉患者的子宮內(nèi)膜息肉組織(息肉組)、息肉旁內(nèi)膜組織(息肉旁組)及30例正常子宮內(nèi)膜組織(正常組),應用Western blot和qRT-PCR法分別測定GPER在各組中的表達,并進行統(tǒng)計學分析。 結(jié)果1.Western blot法檢測結(jié)果：GPER蛋白在息肉組、息肉旁組和正常組的表達(相對定量值,均數(shù)±標準差)分別是0.3470±0.06430、0.1970±0.06601、0.0880±0.05731。1) GPER蛋白在息肉組的表達水平顯著高于息肉旁組和正常組(P0.05)；2)息肉旁組表達的水平顯著高于正常組(P＜0.05)。2.qRT-PCR法檢測結(jié)果：GPER mRNA在息肉組、息肉旁組和正常組的表達(相對定量值,均數(shù)±標準差)分別是2.86±0.76、1.61±0.88和1.26±0.35。1)GPER mRNA在息肉組的表達水平顯著高于息肉旁組和正常組(P0.05);2) GPER mRNA在息肉旁組表達的水平高于正常組,但沒有顯著性差異(P0.05)。 結(jié)論1.GPER在宮內(nèi)膜息肉組織中的表達水平顯著高于息肉旁組和正常組；GPER在息肉旁組的表達在蛋白水平高于正常組。2.GPER在宮內(nèi)膜息肉組織中的高表達,提示其可能與宮內(nèi)膜息肉的發(fā)病有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of G protein coupled estrogen receptor (GPER) in endometrial polyps. Methods the tissues of 30 patients with endometrial polyps (polyp group), 30 cases of normal endometrium (normal group), 30 cases of peri-polyp (para-polyp group) and 30 cases of normal endometrium (normal group) were collected. Western blot and qRT-PCR were used to detect the expression of GPER in each group. Results the expression of GPER protein was detected by 1.Western blot in polyp group, parappus group and normal group (relative quantitative value). The expression level of GPER protein in polyp group was significantly higher than that in para-polyp group and normal group (P 0.05), and the mean 鹵standard deviation was 0.3470 鹵0.06430 + 0.1970 鹵0.06601 + 0.0880 鹵0.05731.1 respectively. 2) the expression level of: GPER mRNA was significantly higher in the para-polyp group than in the normal group (P < 0. 05). The expression of: GPER mRNA was detected by 2.qRT-PCR method in the polyp group, the parappus group and the normal group (relative quantitative value). The expression of) GPER mRNA in polyp group was significantly higher than that in para-polyp group and normal group (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of 1.GPER in endometrial polyps is significantly higher than that in para-polyps and normal groups. The expression of GPER in the para-polyp group was higher than that in the normal group. The overexpression of 2.GPER in the endometrial polyps suggested that it might be related to the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps.
