【摘要】：正1病例報(bào)告例1,患者,28歲,因陰道流血7天,加重2天于2010年4月24日入院�；颊咂剿卦陆�(jīng)規(guī)律,3~5/30天,經(jīng)量中等,末次月經(jīng):2010年3月18日。4月18日月經(jīng)如期來潮,經(jīng)量同前。4月20日陰道流血增多,伴頭暈,于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行診刮術(shù),術(shù)后止血。4月23日再次出現(xiàn)陰道大量流血,次日就診我院。G1P1,2008年剖宮產(chǎn)分娩一足月兒。入院查體:T 36.5℃,P 124/min,R 22/min,BP 98/60 mm Hg,重度貧血貌。婦科檢查:陰道內(nèi)見血液約30 ml,宮口無活動性出血;宮體大小正常,雙側(cè)附件未捫及異常。血β-HCG0.1 U/L。血常規(guī):WBC
