【摘要】：正異位妊娠是指受精卵著床在子宮體腔以外,發(fā)病率逐年增加。隨著醫(yī)學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)的提高,血β-HCG檢測(cè)的開(kāi)展,陰道彩超的應(yīng)用,能及早確診異位妊娠,使有條件的患者能及早進(jìn)行保守治療,免受手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷的痛苦,同時(shí)保留了患者生育功能。為探討保守治療異位妊娠的療效,本研究采用甲氨蝶呤配伍三棱莪術(shù)
[Abstract]:Positive ectopic pregnancy refers to the fertilized egg implantation outside the uterine cavity, the incidence of increased year by year. With the improvement of medical detection technology, the development of blood 尾-HCG detection and the application of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound, ectopic pregnancy can be diagnosed as soon as possible, so that patients with conditions can be treated conservatively as soon as possible, so as to avoid the pain of surgical trauma. At the same time, the patient's fertility function was preserved. In order to explore the curative effect of conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, methotrexate combined with zedoary curcuma was used in this study.
