【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,24歲,G_1P_0,孕21~(+3)周,因發(fā)現(xiàn)雙胎胎心率均過緩1小時于2015年9月28日急診轉(zhuǎn)入本院。孕16周當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院檢查,雙胎胎心未見明顯異常,患者于9月28日在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行常規(guī)產(chǎn)檢時,多普勒測胎心發(fā)現(xiàn)雙胎胎心率均過緩(單絨毛膜雙羊膜囊雙胎),分別為65/min、67/min。行急診超聲檢查示胎兒大小符合孕周,臍血流未見明顯異常,雙胎胎心均過緩:心
[Abstract]:A 24-year-old patient with positive 1 case reported, G1P0, 21 ~ (3) weeks gestation, was admitted to our hospital on September 28, 2015. At the 16th week of gestation, there was no obvious abnormality in the heart of the twin fetus. When the patient underwent routine birth examination in the local hospital on September 28, Doppler measurements showed that the heart rate of the twin fetus was too slow (single chorionic double amniotic sac twin), which was 65 / min, respectively. 67/min. The emergency ultrasound examination showed that the fetal size was in accordance with the gestational age, the umbilical blood flow was not abnormal, and the heart of the twin fetus was too slow.
