【摘要】：目的探討結(jié)締組織生長因子(CTGF)在子宮頸癌組織中的表達(dá)水平及其與臨床病理因素間的關(guān)系。方法用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量聚合鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)和免疫印跡法檢測(cè)61例子宮頸癌癌組織(試驗(yàn)組)和對(duì)應(yīng)癌旁正常宮頸組織(對(duì)照組)中CTGF mRNA及蛋白的表達(dá)水平,并進(jìn)行多因素Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果對(duì)照組和試驗(yàn)組的CTGF mRNA表達(dá)量分別為(1.00±0.01)和(0.30±0.03),CTGF蛋白的表達(dá)量分別為(0.98±0.02)和(0.22±0.05),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.01)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:CTGF mRNA表達(dá)與宮頸癌的FIGO分期、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移和分化程度呈負(fù)相關(guān),CTGF蛋白表達(dá)與FIGO分期呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論 CTGF在宮頸癌中低表達(dá),可能作為抑癌因子在宮頸癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展中發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) in cervical carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods the expression levels of CTGF mRNA and protein in 61 cases of cervical cancer tissues (trial group) and corresponding normal cervical tissues (control group) were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerization chain reaction and Western blotting. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed. Results the expression of CTGF mRNA in control group and experimental group were (1.00 鹵0.01) and (0.30 鹵0.03), CTGF, respectively (0.98 鹵0.02) and (0.22 鹵0.05), the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the expression of: CTGF mRNA was negatively correlated with the FIGO stage, lymph node metastasis and differentiation of cervical cancer, and the expression of CTGF protein was negatively correlated with FIGO stage. Conclusion the low expression of CTGF may play an important role as a tumor suppressor in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
