【摘要】：正女性外陰陰道發(fā)育異常是胚胎期苗勒管末端和(或)泌尿生殖竇發(fā)育異常(urogenital sinus malformation)所致,是一類少見的女性生殖道發(fā)育異常。在此疾病譜中,除了較常見的先天性無陰道、陰道閉鎖、陰道橫隔、陰道縱隔、陰道斜隔、處女膜閉鎖等之外,還有一些特殊類型外陰陰道發(fā)育異常(即與泌尿生殖竇發(fā)育異常密切相關(guān)的外陰陰道發(fā)育異常),如小陰唇融合等。該類外陰陰道發(fā)育異常的臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜多樣,合并泌尿系
[Abstract]:The abnormal development of female vulvovagina is caused by abnormal (urogenital sinus malformation) at the end of Mullerian tube and / or urogenital sinus in embryonic stage. It is a kind of rare abnormal development of female genital tract. In this spectrum, in addition to the more common congenital absence of vagina, vaginal atresia, vaginal septum, vaginal obliquity, hymen atresia, etc. There are also some special types of vulvovaginal dysplasia (that is, vulvovaginal dysplasia closely related to the abnormal development of genitourinary sinus), such as labia labium fusion. The clinical manifestations of this kind of vulvovaginal dysplasia are complicated and diverse and complicated with urinary system.
