【摘要】：目的探討宮頸小水囊與地諾前列酮栓-欣普貝生在孕41周引產(chǎn)中的有效性和安全性。方法選取2013年1月至2014年11月在北京市回民醫(yī)院孕足月引產(chǎn)的孕婦共160例,將其隨機分為宮頸小水囊組(80例)和地諾前列酮栓-欣普貝生組(80例)兩組,觀察兩組孕婦宮頸Bishop評分、臨產(chǎn)時間、總產(chǎn)程、分娩方式、產(chǎn)后出血量及新生兒結(jié)局。結(jié)果兩組12h宮頸評分,陰道分娩率,總產(chǎn)程、新生兒體重,新生兒窒息率、產(chǎn)后出血發(fā)生率比較,差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮頸小水囊與地諾前列酮栓在孕41周引產(chǎn)中比較,效果相似,但宮頸小水囊更經(jīng)濟,且作用溫和,并發(fā)癥少,在臨床中值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the efficacy and safety of cervix vesicles and denoprostone suppositories in induction of labor at 41 weeks gestation. Methods from January 2013 to November 2014, 160 pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups: cervix small water capsule group (80 cases) and denoprostone suppositor-Xinpubeishen group (80 cases). The cervical Bishop score, delivery time, total labor process, delivery mode, postpartum bleeding volume and neonatal outcome were observed in the two groups. Results there was no significant difference in cervical score, vaginal delivery rate, total delivery process, neonatal weight, neonatal asphyxia rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion compared with diloprostone suppository in inducing labor at 41 weeks of gestation, the effect of cervical vesicle is similar, but it is more economical, milder and has fewer complications, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
