【摘要】：目的探討超聲引導(dǎo)下復(fù)方聚桂醇硬化術(shù)治療復(fù)發(fā)性卵巢子宮內(nèi)膜異位囊腫(OEC)的臨床效果。方法將復(fù)發(fā)性O(shè)EC患者89例(囊腫113個(gè))按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組49例(囊腫61個(gè))、對(duì)照組40例(囊腫52個(gè)),分別于超聲引導(dǎo)下行復(fù)方聚桂醇、無(wú)水乙醇硬化術(shù)治療。術(shù)中及術(shù)后30 min、6 h、12 h、24 h、48 h行疼痛視覺模擬評(píng)分(VAS),術(shù)后6、12個(gè)月評(píng)價(jià)臨床療效,并計(jì)算總有效率。結(jié)果觀察組術(shù)中及術(shù)后30 min、6 h、12 h、24 h的VAS均低于對(duì)照組,P均0.05;兩組術(shù)后48 h的VAS比較,P0.05。治療后6個(gè)月,觀察組總有效率為93.4%,對(duì)照組為94.2%;兩組總有效率比較,P0.05。治療后12個(gè)月,觀察組總有效率為95.1%,對(duì)照組為96.2%;兩組總有效率比較,P0.05。結(jié)論超聲引導(dǎo)下復(fù)方聚桂醇及無(wú)水乙醇硬化術(shù)治療OEC均具有較好的臨床療效,復(fù)方聚桂醇硬化術(shù)治療后患者疼痛較輕。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of compound polycinnamol sclerosis under ultrasound guidance in the treatment of recurrent ovarian endometriosis cyst (OEC). Methods Eighty-nine patients (113 cysts) with recurrent OEC were randomly divided into observation group (n = 49, cyst 61) and control group (n = 40, cyst 52). Pain visual analogue score was performed during operation and 30 min,6, 12 h and 24 h to 48 h after (VAS),. The clinical efficacy was evaluated at 6, 12 months, and the total effective rate was calculated. Results the VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05) during operation and 30 min,6 after operation at 12 h and 24 h after operation (P < 0.05), and the VAS at 48 h after operation in the two groups was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Six months after treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.4 and that of the control group was 94.2.The total effective rate of the two groups was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). After 12 months of treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.1 and that in the control group was 96.20.The total effective rate of the two groups was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided polycinnamol and anhydrous ethanol sclerosing are effective in the treatment of OEC.
