【摘要】：正腔鏡手術(shù)能直視腹腔和宮腔病變,安全、創(chuàng)傷少、恢復(fù)快,但由于鏡子管腔狹長、閥門多、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,其清洗消毒滅菌是目前臨床消毒的難點,易引發(fā)醫(yī)院感染,威脅患者的健康及生命安全。為了解廣西桂北地區(qū)腔鏡使用現(xiàn)狀,做好醫(yī)院感染管理和預(yù)防控制工作,通過問卷調(diào)查形式對桂北地區(qū)各級醫(yī)院腔鏡使用情況進行調(diào)查總結(jié)與分析,為腔鏡的合理使用及規(guī)范化管理提供依據(jù)。1方法1.1調(diào)查對象對參加廣西區(qū)第18屆醫(yī)院感染管理和預(yù)防控
