【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,女,33歲,G1P1L1,因"剖宮產(chǎn)術(shù)后51天,不規(guī)則陰道流血21天"于2014年12月30日入院。2014年11月9日患者于外院足月剖宮產(chǎn)分娩1子,過(guò)程順利,產(chǎn)后恢復(fù)良好。12月9日患者無(wú)明顯誘因突發(fā)陰道大量出血,色鮮紅,有血塊,伴頭暈、乏力,急診于當(dāng)?shù)貗D幼保健院行超聲監(jiān)測(cè)下清宮術(shù),術(shù)中未清出明顯組織物。急診轉(zhuǎn)至當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣襻t(yī)院,給予
[Abstract]:A clinical data patient, female, aged 33, G1P1L1, was admitted on December 30, 2014 because of "51 days after cesarean section, 21 days of irregular vaginal bleeding." on November 9, 2014, the patient gave birth to a child by a full term cesarean section in a foreign hospital, and the process was smooth. Postpartum recovery was good. On December 9th, the patient had no obvious inducement to burst a large amount of vaginal bleeding, bright red color, blood clot, dizziness, fatigue, emergency operation under ultrasound monitoring in the local maternal and child health care hospital, no clear tissue during the operation.
