【摘要】：妊娠期心臟病是威脅孕婦及胎兒健康的重要疾病,只有早期識(shí)別并及時(shí)治療才可能改善不良妊娠結(jié)局。心力衰竭、肺動(dòng)脈高壓、圍產(chǎn)期心肌病及嚴(yán)重心律失常是妊娠期心臟病患者的主要死亡原因。文章針對(duì)這4種常見(jiàn)的心血管不良事件進(jìn)行分析,旨在通過(guò)臨床表現(xiàn)及相關(guān)輔助檢查早期發(fā)現(xiàn),并通過(guò)適當(dāng)?shù)闹委煼桨阜乐共涣际录陌l(fā)生及加重。
[Abstract]:Gestational heart disease is an important disease threatening the health of pregnant women and fetuses. Heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, perinatal cardiomyopathy and severe arrhythmias are the leading causes of death in patients with heart disease complicating pregnancy. This article analyzes the four common adverse cardiovascular events in order to prevent the occurrence and aggravation of adverse events through clinical manifestations and related auxiliary examinations.
