【摘要】：長(zhǎng)鏈非編碼核糖核酸(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)通過(guò)甲基化等途徑在多個(gè)水平調(diào)節(jié)腫瘤相關(guān)基因的表達(dá),進(jìn)而影響卵巢上皮細(xì)胞的分化、增殖、凋亡,最終導(dǎo)致癌變。通過(guò)作用于let-7等腫瘤相關(guān)基因改變LncRNA的表達(dá)水平,可影響卵巢腫瘤細(xì)胞的侵襲性,并與腫瘤復(fù)發(fā)相關(guān)。LncRNA與卵巢癌化療藥物敏感性相關(guān),檢測(cè)腫瘤細(xì)胞內(nèi)LncRNA水平可預(yù)估患者對(duì)化療的敏感性。在分子治療方面,LncRNA可對(duì)腫瘤細(xì)胞進(jìn)行靶向攻擊,為卵巢癌的靶向治療提供了新思路。本文現(xiàn)對(duì)LncRNA在卵巢腫瘤的發(fā)病機(jī)制、疾病進(jìn)程、預(yù)后及靶向治療等方面的新進(jìn)展做一綜述。
[Abstract]:Long chain non-coding ribonucleic acid (long non-coding RNA,LncRNA) regulates the expression of tumor-related genes at many levels through methylation, which affects the differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis of ovarian epithelial cells, leading to carcinogenesis. The expression level of LncRNA was changed by acting on tumor related genes such as let-7, which could affect the invasiveness of ovarian tumor cells and be related to tumor recurrence. LncRNA was related to chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity of ovarian cancer. The detection of LncRNA level in tumor cells can predict the sensitivity of patients to chemotherapy. In the aspect of molecular therapy, LncRNA can target the tumor cells and provide a new idea for the targeted therapy of ovarian cancer. This article reviews the recent progress of LncRNA in the pathogenesis, progression, prognosis and targeted therapy of ovarian tumors.
