【摘要】：目的對比研究順鉑(DDP)聯(lián)合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)同步放化療與單純放療輔助治療術后高危子宮內膜癌的毒性反應和復發(fā)率。方法有高危因素的子宮內膜癌患者43例中22例行單純放射治療,21例行術后輔助DDP+5-FU(PF)方案同步放化療治療,對比兩組毒性反應和復發(fā)率。結果同步放化療組與單純放療組3級胃腸道反應率分別為61.90%和31.82%,差異顯著(P0.05);2級以上骨髓抑制率分別為66.67%和18.18%,差異顯著(P0.01);2級以上周圍神經(jīng)毒性反應率分別為33.33%和13.64%,無顯著差異(P0.05),總體復發(fā)率分別為4.76%和27.27%,差異顯著(P0.05)。結論高危子宮內膜癌患者同步放化療后3級胃腸道反應率增加,2級以上骨髓抑制率顯著增加,周圍神經(jīng)毒性反應率不增加,毒性反應可以耐受,減少2年總體復發(fā)率。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the toxicity and recurrence rate of cisplatin (DDP) combined with 5 fluorouracil (5-FU) combined with radiotherapy alone in the treatment of high risk endometrial carcinoma. Methods in 43 cases of endometrial carcinoma with high risk factors, 22 cases were treated with radiotherapy alone and 21 cases were treated with concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy with DDP 5-FU (PF) regimen after operation. The toxic reaction and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results the rate of gastrointestinal reaction in concurrent radiotherapy group and radiotherapy group was 61.90% and 31.82%, respectively (P0.05), the rate of bone marrow suppression above grade 2 was 66.67% and 18.18%, respectively (P0.01). The rate of peripheral neurotoxic reaction above grade 2 was 33.33% and 13.64 respectively, there was no significant difference (P0.05), the overall recurrence rate was 4.76% and 27.27%, the difference was significant (P0.05). Conclusion after concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the rate of gastrointestinal tract reaction in patients with high risk endometrial carcinoma was increased, the rate of bone marrow suppression above grade 2 was significantly increased, but the rate of toxic reaction of peripheral nerve was not increased. The toxic reaction was tolerable and the overall recurrence rate of 2 years was decreased.
