【摘要】：目的探討宮頸癌組織中真核細(xì)胞翻譯起始因子4E(e IF4E)和血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)的表達(dá)及意義。方法隨機(jī)選取50例宮頸癌患者作為研究對象(觀察組),并隨機(jī)采集20例患者的癌旁正常組織作為對照組。分別測定e IF4E和VEGF在50例宮頸癌和20例癌旁正常組織標(biāo)本中的表達(dá),分析其與有關(guān)參數(shù)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果癌旁正常組織中e IF4E和VEGF陽性率均為15.00%,顯著低于宮頸癌組織中e IF4E(50.00%)和VEGF(60.00%)的陽性率,e IF4E和VEGF的表達(dá)均與宮頸癌組織的分化程度、浸潤程度、淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移和靜脈轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)(P0.05),而與年齡、腫瘤大小關(guān)系不大(P0.05)。結(jié)論 e IF4E和VEGF參與宮頸癌組織細(xì)胞的分化、浸潤和轉(zhuǎn)移,促進(jìn)腫瘤惡化和癌癥發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4e (e IF4E) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in cervical carcinoma. Methods 50 patients with cervical cancer were randomly selected as the study group, and 20 normal tissues were randomly collected as the control group. The expression of e IF4E and VEGF in 50 cases of cervical carcinoma and 20 cases of adjacent normal tissues were detected, and the correlation between e IF4E and related parameters was analyzed. Results the positive rates of e IF4E and VEGF in adjacent normal tissues were 15.00, which were significantly lower than those in cervical cancer tissues (50.00%) and VEGF (60.00%). The expression of e IF4E and VEGF were both correlated with the differentiation of cervical carcinoma. Infiltration degree, lymphatic metastasis and venous metastasis were closely related (P0.05), but not related to age and tumor size (P0.05). Conclusion e IF4E and VEGF are involved in the differentiation, invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma, and promote the progression of cancer.
