【摘要】：目的探討銀川市孕產(chǎn)婦胚胎停育影響因素,為降低胚胎停育的發(fā)生提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用病例對(duì)照研究對(duì)121例胚胎停育患者和253例正常妊娠分娩者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行χ2檢驗(yàn)與非條件Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果年齡、自然流產(chǎn)次數(shù)、孕后食欲變化、進(jìn)食谷類(lèi)、水果頻次、進(jìn)食牛奶及運(yùn)動(dòng)情況經(jīng)單因素檢驗(yàn)具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,非條件Logistic逐步回歸分析,按先后順序進(jìn)入模型的因素依次為:自然流產(chǎn)次數(shù)(OR=1.488)、進(jìn)食牛奶情況(OR=0.722)、年齡(OR=1.399)、孕后食欲增加(OR=0.513)、運(yùn)動(dòng)情況(OR=0.728)。結(jié)論適度體育鍛煉,注意孕前及孕期均衡營(yíng)養(yǎng),合理搭配飲食,可降低胚胎停育發(fā)生風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在提倡晚婚晚育的同時(shí),把握最佳生育年齡及受孕時(shí)機(jī)。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the influencing factors of fetal arrest in Yinchuan city and to provide theoretical basis for reducing the occurrence of fetal arrest. Methods A case-control study was conducted in 121 cases of fetal arrest and 253 cases of normal pregnancy and delivery. 蠂 2 test and non-conditional Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the relevant data. Results there were significant differences in age, frequency of spontaneous abortion, change of appetite after pregnancy, consumption of cereals, frequency of fruit, consumption of milk and exercise by single factor test. Non-conditional Logistic stepwise regression analysis was used. The factors that entered the model in order were: spontaneous abortion times (OR=1.488), milk intake (OR=0.722), age (OR=1.399), increased appetite after pregnancy (OR=0.513) and exercise (OR=0.728). Conclusion moderate physical exercise, balanced nutrition before and during pregnancy, reasonable diet can reduce the risk of embryo termination, and at the same time promote late marriage and late childbearing, at the same time, grasp the best reproductive age and the best time to conceive.
