【摘要】：目的:探究多囊卵巢綜合癥患者給予其強(qiáng)脾健腎方聯(lián)合西藥的臨床治療效果。方法:98例多囊卵巢綜合癥患者隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組和實(shí)驗(yàn)組,每組各49例,對(duì)照組患者給予單純西藥治療,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者給予強(qiáng)脾健腎方聯(lián)合西藥治療,療程12周。分析比較兩組患者的臨床治療效果以及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)過12周治療,對(duì)照組患者臨床治療有效率為79.59%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者治療有效率為95.92%(P0.05);對(duì)照組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為18.37%,實(shí)驗(yàn)組為4.08%(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對(duì)于多囊卵巢綜合癥患者,給予強(qiáng)脾健腎方聯(lián)合西藥治療的效果好,能夠顯著提高患者的臨床治療有效率,降低不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Qiangpi Jianshen prescription combined with western medicine in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: 98 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n = 49) and the experimental group (n = 49). The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine alone, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with Qiangpi Jianshen recipe combined with western medicine for 12 weeks. The clinical effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: after 12 weeks of treatment, the effective rate of clinical treatment was 79.59 in the control group and 95.92% in the experimental group (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 18.37% in control group and 4.08% in experimental group (P0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, the combination of Qiangpi Jianshen prescription and western medicine can significantly improve the effective rate of clinical treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
