【摘要】：目的探究硝苯地平聯(lián)合酚妥拉明及硫酸鎂的臨床療效。方法選取2010年8月至2015年1月在邢臺市第三醫(yī)院治療的妊娠高血壓疾病的孕婦共140例,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為聯(lián)合治療組、硫酸鎂+酚妥拉明組、硫酸鎂+硝苯地平組、酚妥拉明+硝苯地平組,各35例。聯(lián)合治療組采用硝苯地平+酚妥拉明+硫酸鎂治療,口服硝苯地平,每次10 mg,每日3次,靜脈滴注酚妥拉明5 mg和硫酸鎂4 g,以1周為1個療程。硫酸鎂+酚妥拉明組、硫酸鎂+硝苯地平組、酚妥拉明+硝苯地平組用藥方法同聯(lián)合治療組。記錄4組患者治療前后的收縮壓與舒張壓,觀察治療后的臨床療效。結(jié)果治療后,聯(lián)合治療組血壓低于硫酸鎂+酚妥拉明組、硫酸鎂+硝苯地平組、酚妥拉明+硝苯地平組[收縮壓(112±8)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa)比(134±8)mm Hg、(132±10)mm Hg、(135±9)mm Hg,舒張壓(68±5)mm Hg比(87±8)mm Hg、(83±7)mm Hg、(77±6)mm Hg,P0.05]。聯(lián)合治療組總有效率高于硫酸鎂+酚妥拉明組、硫酸鎂+硝苯地平組、酚妥拉明+硝苯地平組[100%(35/35)比77.1%(27/35)、82.8%(29/35)、74.3%(26/35)],差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論對于患有妊娠高血壓疾病的孕婦,應(yīng)用硝苯地平聯(lián)合酚妥拉明及硫酸鎂治療能夠達到更好的效果,值得更多的探索與應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with phentoLemine and magnesium sulfate. Methods A total of 140 pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension treated in the third Hospital of Xingtai City from August 2010 to January 2015 were randomly divided into three groups: combined treatment group, magnesium sulfate phenolic Lemine group, and magnesium sulfate nifedipine group. Phentoid Lemine nifedipine group, 35 cases each. The combined treatment group was treated with nifedipine phenolic Lemine magnesium sulfate oral nifedipine 3 times a day for 10 mg, intravenous drip of phenolic Lemine 5 mg and magnesium sulfate 4 g for 1 week as a course of treatment. Magnesium sulfate phenolic Lemine group, magnesium sulfate nifedipine group, phenolic Lemine nifedipine group and combined treatment group. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure were recorded before and after treatment in 4 groups. Results after treatment, the blood pressure of the combined treatment group was lower than that of the magnesium sulfate phenolic Lemine group, the magnesium sulfate nifedipine group and the phentol Lemine nifedipine group [systolic pressure (112 鹵8) mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0.133 k Pa) vs (134 鹵8) mm Hg, (132 鹵10) mm Hg,)] Diastolic blood pressure (DBP) was (135 鹵9) mm Hg,) mm Hg (68 鹵5) mm Hg) vs (87 鹵8) mm Hg, (83 鹵7) mm Hg, (77 鹵6 mm Hg,P0.05). The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the magnesium phentol Lemine group, the magnesium sulfate nifedipine group and the phenolic Lemine nifedipine group [100% (35 / 35) vs 77.1% (27 / 35), 82.8% (29 / 35), 74.3% (26 / 35), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion for pregnant women with pregnancy-induced hypertension, nifedipine combined with phentoLemine and magnesium sulfate can achieve better results, which is worthy of more exploration and application.
