【摘要】：目的探討血清胱抑素(CysC)及血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)在評估妊娠期高血壓疾病(HDCP)患者早期腎功能損傷中的臨床價值。方法采用全自動生化分析儀檢測108例HDCP患者(妊娠期高血壓組41例,輕度子癇前期組30例,重度子癇前期組37例)及孕周相近的健康單胎妊娠婦女(對照組40例)血清中CysC、β2-MG、肌酐(Cr)的水平。結(jié)果妊娠期高血壓組、輕度子癇前期組、重度子癇前期組患者血清CysC、β2-MG水平均顯著高于對照組(P0.05);妊娠期高血壓組、輕度子癇前期組、重度子癇前期組3組間血清CysC、β2-MG水平比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(妊娠期高血壓組輕度子癇前期組重度子癇前期組,P0.05)。妊娠期高血壓組、輕度子癇前期組和對照組之間血清Cr水平比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),而重度子癇前期組與對照組之間血清Cr水平差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。相關(guān)分析結(jié)果顯示HDCP患者血清CysC與β2-MG、Cr呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論聯(lián)合檢測血清CysC、β2-MG、Cr對判斷HDCP孕婦病情嚴重程度及診斷早期腎功能損傷具有重要的臨床價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of serum cystatin (CysC) and 尾 2 microglobulin (尾 2-MG) in evaluating early renal dysfunction in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP). Methods the serum CysC, of 108 patients with HDCP (41 patients with hypertension complicating pregnancy, 30 patients with mild preeclampsia and 37 patients with severe preeclampsia) and 40 healthy single pregnancy women with similar gestational age (control group) were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer. 尾 2 MG, creatinine (Cr) level. Results the serum levels of CysC, 尾 2-MG in hypertensive complicating pregnancy group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were significantly higher than those in control group (P0.05). The levels of serum CysC, 尾 2-MG were significantly different among the three groups: gestational hypertension group, mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in serum Cr levels between the pregnant hypertension group, the mild preeclampsia group and the control group (P0.05), but there was significant difference in the serum Cr level between the severe preeclampsia group and the control group (P0.05). Correlation analysis showed that serum CysC was positively correlated with 尾 2-MGG Cr in patients with HDCP. Conclusion the combined detection of serum CysC, 尾 2-MGG Cr in pregnant women with HDCP has important clinical value in judging the severity of the disease and in diagnosing early renal function injury.
