病理性胎兒生長受限的產前診斷研究進展

【摘要】:胎兒生長受限為產科高危妊娠,病因復雜,表現為胎兒生長發(fā)育緩慢,可伴有或不伴有胎兒畸形及胎兒窘迫,其實質是胎兒未達到其應發(fā)育的全部潛能,發(fā)生胎兒生長受限的一部分病因與遺傳物質異常相關,由于遺傳物質異常導致的胎兒生長受限,往往發(fā)生孕周時間較早,生后還會面臨體格和智能方面的發(fā)育異常或遲緩,并且尚無有效的治療方法,所以評估胎兒是否為病理性生長受限是產前診斷的重點。通過利用細胞遺傳學和分子遺傳學技術,從染色體核型分析、FISH、各種PCR相關技術到染色體微陣列分析技術,分析胎兒染色體和基因,來預防嚴重病理性生長受限患兒的出生。近年來產前診斷技術不斷成熟,研究逐漸深入。本文就各種遺傳學技術方法在此方面的進展作為綜述。
[Abstract]:Fetal growth restriction is a high risk pregnancy in obstetrical department. Its etiology is complex. It can be accompanied with or without fetal malformation and fetal distress. The essence of fetal growth is that the fetus does not reach its full potential of development. Some of the causes of fetal growth restriction are associated with abnormal genetic material. Due to abnormal genetic material, fetal growth restriction often occurs early in gestation, and may also face physical and intellectual abnormalities or retardation after birth. And there is no effective treatment, so it is important to evaluate whether the fetus is pathological growth restriction. By using cytogenetics and molecular genetics techniques, from chromosome karyotype analysis, various PCR related techniques of FISH, to chromosome microarray analysis, fetal chromosomes and genes were analyzed to prevent the birth of children with severe pathological growth restriction. In recent years, prenatal diagnosis technology has been matured and the research has been deepened. This paper reviews the progress of various genetic techniques in this field.
