子宮頸癌中高危型HPV感染與c-jun和c-fos蛋白表達(dá)的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討子宮頸癌中高危型人乳頭狀瘤病毒(high-risk human papilloma virus,HR-HPV)感染與c-jun和c-fos蛋白表達(dá)的關(guān)系及臨床意義。方法采用Cervista技術(shù)對70例子宮頸鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(cervical squmaous cell carcinoma,CSCC)、60例子宮頸上皮內(nèi)病變(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)及20例慢性子宮頸炎行HR-HPV檢測,同時應(yīng)用免疫組化SP法檢測AP-1通路重要組份c-jun和c-fos蛋白的表達(dá),分析HR-HPV感染與c-jun和c-fos蛋白表達(dá)的相關(guān)性及與子宮頸癌臨床病理特征的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 70例CSCC中69例HR-HPV呈陽性,陽性率98.6%(69/70),其中A9組陽性占比最高,達(dá)85.5%(59/69)。70例CSCC中c-jun和c-fos的陽性率分別為80%(56/70)、85.7%(60/70),30例CIN2+CIN3中的陽性率均為70%(21/30),30例CIN1中的陽性率分別為20%(6/30)、23.3%(7/30),20例慢性子宮頸炎中的陽性率均為0。CSCC組與CIN組及慢性子宮頸炎組相比差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。c-jun、c-fos陽性率在CSCC的臨床分期、組織學(xué)分級等分組中差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);CSCC中HR-HPV陽性與c-jun、c-fos的表達(dá)均呈正相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論 CSCC中HR-HPV感染具有顯著的亞型特點,且與c-jun和c-fos表達(dá)呈正相關(guān),提示HR-HPV感染后AP-1通路活化可能與腫瘤的發(fā)生、發(fā)展相關(guān)。

In 20 cases of chronic cervicitis, the positive rate of c-junc-fos in 0.CSCC group was significantly higher than that in CIN group and chronic cervicitis group (P0.05), and the positive rate of c-junc-fos in CSCC was significantly higher than that in CIN group and chronic cervicitis group (P0.05). The difference in histological grading was statistically significant (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression of HR-HPV and c-fos in CSCC (P0.01). Conclusion there is a significant subtype of HR-HPV infection in CSCC, and it is positively correlated with the expression of c-jun and c-fos, suggesting that the activation of AP-1 pathway after HR-HPV infection may be related to the occurrence and development of tumor.
