【摘要】：正妊娠期高血壓綜合征(妊高征)是妊娠期特有的疾病,以高血壓、蛋白尿、浮腫為主要臨床表現(xiàn),是孕產(chǎn)婦死亡的第2大原因[1]。該病發(fā)生率國內(nèi)報(bào)道為6%~8%[2],國外報(bào)道5%~12%[3],迄今病因仍不能明確。本研究擬通過系統(tǒng)正規(guī)的產(chǎn)檢,提早發(fā)現(xiàn)妊高征高危孕婦并給予相應(yīng)干預(yù)措施,以降低妊
[Abstract]:Hypertension syndrome complicating pregnancy (PIH) is a special disease in pregnancy. Hypertension, proteinuria and swelling are the main clinical manifestations and the second leading cause of maternal mortality. The incidence of the disease was 6 8% in China and 5 12% in foreign countries. So far, the etiology is still unclear. This study intends to find pregnant women with high risk of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and give corresponding intervention measures in order to reduce pregnancy.
