【摘要】：目的探討雌激素聯(lián)合盆底康復治療儀對改善婦女盆底功能障礙(PFD)的效果。方法將160例PFD患者分為A組、B組、C組及D組,每組40例,A組患者行盆底肌肉鍛煉,B組在A組基礎(chǔ)上口服戊酸雌二醇治療,C組在A組基礎(chǔ)上采用盆底康復治療儀PHENIX USB 8進行治療,D組在A組基礎(chǔ)上給予戊酸雌二醇聯(lián)合盆底康復治療儀PHENIX USB 8進行治療,比較4組患者治療效果。結(jié)果 4組治療后Ⅰ類盆底肌纖維肌力、Ⅱ類盆底肌纖維肌力、盆底功能障礙問卷(PFDI-20)評分及肌電位均優(yōu)于治療前(P0.05),D組治療后Ⅰ類盆底肌纖維、Ⅱ類盆底肌纖維肌力、PFDI-20評分及肌電位顯著優(yōu)于A、B、C組(P0.05),B、C組Ⅰ類盆底肌纖維、Ⅱ類盆底肌纖維肌力、PFDI-20評分及肌電位顯著優(yōu)于A組(P0.05),B、C組治療后Ⅰ類盆底肌纖維、Ⅱ類盆底肌纖維肌力、PFDI-20評分及肌電位比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用雌激素聯(lián)合盆底康復治療儀能有效改善PFD患者盆底肌纖維及盆底電生理特性,提高患者治療效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of estrogen combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy on improving pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD) in women. Methods one hundred and sixty patients with PFD were divided into group A, group B, group C and group D, with 40 cases in each group. Group A received pelvic floor muscle exercise, group B took oral estradiol valerate on the basis of group A, and group B was treated with estradiol valerate.
