口腔微生物與不良妊娠結(jié)局關(guān)系的研究進展

【摘要】:長久以來,胎盤一直被認為是無菌環(huán)境,但最新研究采用分子生物學技術(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)胎盤內(nèi)同樣存在其獨特的微生物群落,且與口腔微生物群落最為接近。經(jīng)血行途徑散播的口腔致病菌已成為宮內(nèi)感染的另一重要來源。本文就近年來國內(nèi)外對口腔微生物入侵子宮的研究及其對不良妊娠結(jié)局(adverse pregnancy outcomes,APOs)的影響進行探討,為孕婦口腔疾病的預防和臨床治療提供新的方向。
[Abstract]:Placenta has long been considered aseptic environment, but the latest research using molecular biology technology, found that the placenta also has its unique microbial community, and most close to the oral microbial community. Oral pathogenic bacteria transmitted by blood have become another important source of intrauterine infection. In this paper, the study of oral microorganism invading uterus and its influence on the adverse pregnancy outcome (adverse pregnancy outcomes,APOs) at home and abroad are discussed in order to provide a new direction for the prevention and clinical treatment of oral diseases of pregnant women.
