【摘要】：目的:探討短時(shí)授精對(duì)IVF受精正常患者體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治療結(jié)局的影響。方法:回顧性分析IVF受精率60%患者的臨床資料,按授精方案分為短時(shí)授精組(n=153)和常規(guī)受精組(n=180)。結(jié)果:IVF短時(shí)授精組和常規(guī)IVF組分別獲卵1 619枚和1 986枚,分別有133名和152名患者接受了新鮮胚胎移植。組間女方年齡、基礎(chǔ)FSH(b FSH)、b LH、b E2、Gn量、h CG注射日FSH水平、h CG注射日E2水平、h CG注射日LH水平、獲卵數(shù)、卵子成熟度及移植日內(nèi)膜厚度均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異。IVF短時(shí)授精組和常規(guī)IVF組的正常受精率(65.55%vs 67.84%)、正常卵裂率(98.02%vs 96.90%)、胚胎種植率(29.41%vs 27.84%)、臨床妊娠率(44.36%vs 45.39%)、繼續(xù)妊娠率(41.35%vs 42.76%)、流產(chǎn)率(5.45%vs 2.90%)和異位妊娠率(1.82%vs 2.90%)均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,但是短時(shí)授精組的多原核受精率(14.56%)顯著高于常規(guī)IVF組(6.19%),而短時(shí)授精組的優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率(33.51%)高于常規(guī)IVF組(28.99%)。結(jié)論:因IVF短時(shí)授精可避免常規(guī)IVF完全受精失敗而逐漸在國(guó)內(nèi)廣泛應(yīng)用,但其遠(yuǎn)期影響還有待進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect of short-time insemination on the outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) in patients with normal IVF fertilization. Methods: the clinical data of 60% patients with IVF fertilization rate were retrospectively analyzed. According to the insemination scheme, they were divided into short-time insemination group (nong153) and conventional fertilization group (nt180). Results: 1 619 eggs and 1 986 eggs were obtained in IVF short time insemination group and routine IVF group, and 133 and 152 patients received fresh embryo transfer, respectively. Age of intergroup, basal FSH (b FSH), b LH,b E2Gn dose, FSH level on, h CG injection day, E2 level on, h CG injection day, LH level on, h CG injection day, number of eggs obtained, The normal fertilization rate (65.55%vs 67.84%) and normal cleavage rate (98.02%vs 96.90%) in IVF short-term insemination group and routine IVF group were not significantly different. Embryo implantation rate (29.41%vs 27.84%), clinical pregnancy rate (44.36%vs 45.39%), continuing pregnancy rate (41.35%vs 42.76%), There was no significant difference in abortion rate (5.45%vs 2.90%) and ectopic pregnancy rate (1.82%vs 2.90%), but the rate of multicore fertilization in short-term insemination group (14.56%) was significantly higher than that in conventional IVF group (6.19%). The rate of high quality embryos in short term insemination group (33.51%) was higher than that in conventional IVF group (28.99%). Conclusion: IVF short term insemination can avoid the failure of complete fertilization of conventional IVF, and it is widely used in China, but its long-term effects need to be further understood.
