【摘要】：目的:緩解妊娠期瘙癢癥狀,恢復(fù)肝功能,降低血清總膽汁酸(TBA)、血甘膽酸(CG),從而降低胎兒宮內(nèi)窘迫、圍生兒患病率、死亡率和產(chǎn)后出血。方法:用回顧性的方法隨機(jī)選擇門診服用銀連茵陳湯聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸的妊娠肝內(nèi)膽汁淤積(ICP)患者54例;觀察銀連茵陳湯聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸治療ICP的療效。結(jié)果:ICP患者服用銀連茵陳湯聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸后,其瘙癢級別降低,各項(xiàng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)也明顯低于治療前。結(jié)論:銀蓮茵陳湯聯(lián)合熊去氧膽酸這較傳統(tǒng)的治療方法能改善ICP患者皮膚瘙癢癥狀,恢復(fù)肝功能,血ALT、TBA、CG明顯下降從而改善妊娠結(jié)局。且對治療未達(dá)痊愈及復(fù)發(fā)患者,重復(fù)使用此方劑,仍有良好的治療效果。療效確切,對母嬰無副作用,是我院治療ICP首選的安全有效的藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to alleviate the symptoms of pruritus during pregnancy, restore liver function, reduce serum total bile acid (TBA), serum cholic acid (CG),) and thus reduce fetal distress, perinatal morbidity, mortality and postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 54 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) treated with Yinlianyin Chen decoction and ursodeoxycholic acid were randomly selected to observe the efficacy of Yinlianyin Chen decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in the treatment of ICP. Results: after ICP patients were treated with Yinlianyin Chen decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid, their pruritus grade was decreased, and the laboratory indexes were significantly lower than those before treatment. Conclusion: Yinlian Yinchen decoction combined with ursodeoxycholic acid can improve the symptoms of pruritus, restore liver function, decrease blood ALT,TBA,CG and improve pregnancy outcome in patients with ICP. In addition, the repeated use of this prescription still has a good therapeutic effect on the patients who are not cured or relapsed. The curative effect is definite, no side effect to mother and child, it is the first safe and effective drug in our hospital to treat ICP.
