【摘要】：目的分析孕激素后半周期治療在功血治療中的應(yīng)用。方法選取2014年9月—2015年6月期間該院收治的60例圍絕經(jīng)期功能失調(diào)性子宮出血患者,將所有患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,各30例,對(duì)照組在刮宮后采用達(dá)英-35治療,觀(guān)察組則采用安宮黃體酮治療,分析比較兩組治療有效率、疾病復(fù)發(fā)率、在治療期間出現(xiàn)的不規(guī)律出血、服藥3周后經(jīng)量恢復(fù)正常率及子宮內(nèi)膜厚度變化。結(jié)果觀(guān)察組治療有效率為76.67%,低于對(duì)照組93.33%,P0.05差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;觀(guān)察組治療期間的不規(guī)律的出血率為26.67%及服藥3周后經(jīng)量恢復(fù)正常率為86.67%均高于對(duì)照組10.00%和46.67%,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;兩組治療后疾病復(fù)發(fā)率對(duì)比,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05;治療前,觀(guān)察組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度為(12.27±1.53)mm與對(duì)照組(12.31±1.26)mm比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05;治療后,觀(guān)察組子宮內(nèi)膜厚度(5.26±1.48)mm低于對(duì)照組(7.83±1.12)mm,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05;觀(guān)察組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為23.33%,顯著高于對(duì)照組6.67%,P0.05差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論安宮黃體酮及達(dá)英-35在治療功血中均可有效控制患者出血量及子宮內(nèi)膜厚度,使患者血液中血紅蛋白含量升高,相對(duì)而言,達(dá)英-35安全性較高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the application of progesterone posterior half-cycle therapy in the treatment of dysfunctional blood. Methods from September 2014 to June 2015, 60 patients with peri menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups: 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Dain-35 after curettage. The observation group was treated with progesterone. The effective rate, recurrence rate, irregular bleeding during treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups. After 3 weeks of medication, the volume returned to normal and the endometrial thickness changed. Results the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 76.67, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 93.33 (P0.05). The rate of irregular bleeding was 26.67% in the observation group and 86.67% in the control group after 3 weeks of medication, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (10.00%) and 46.67% (P0.05). Before treatment, the endometrial thickness of the observation group was (12.27 鹵1.53) mm compared with the control group (12.31 鹵1.26) mm, the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). After treatment, the endometrial thickness in the observation group (5.26 鹵1.48) mm was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.83 鹵1.12) mm, P 0.05; The incidence of complications in the observation group was 23.33, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (6.67%, P0.05). Conclusion both progesterone and diane-35 can effectively control the blood loss and endometrial thickness and increase the hemoglobin content in the blood of the patients, and the safety of dioxin 35 is relatively high.
