【摘要】：干燥綜合征是一種系統(tǒng)性自身免疫性疾病。干燥綜合征不影響女性患者的生育能力,但其與妊娠之間相互影響,影響胎兒宮內(nèi)的生長發(fā)育,影響妊娠結(jié)局,增加自然流產(chǎn)率和早產(chǎn)率。妊娠期間干燥綜合征的治療目的主要是終止或抑制患者體內(nèi)的異常免疫反應(yīng),保證胎兒宮內(nèi)正常生長發(fā)育,預(yù)防妊娠期并發(fā)癥及新生兒并發(fā)癥。治療主要包括對癥治療和系統(tǒng)性治療,系統(tǒng)性治療又包括糖皮質(zhì)激素和免疫抑制劑等。文章就干燥綜合征的概述、干燥綜合征與妊娠的相互影響、干燥綜合征的治療、孕期監(jiān)測和妊娠時機等方面進行介紹。
[Abstract]:Sjogren syndrome is a systemic autoimmune disease. Sjogren's syndrome does not affect the fertility of female patients, but it interacts with pregnancy, affects the growth and development of the fetus, affects the outcome of pregnancy, and increases the rate of spontaneous abortion and premature delivery. The main purpose of the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome during pregnancy is to stop or inhibit the abnormal immune response in the patient, to ensure the normal growth and development of the fetus, and to prevent the complications of pregnancy and neonatal complications. Treatment includes symptomatic treatment and systemic therapy, including glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants. This article introduces the Sjogren syndrome, the interaction between Sjogren's syndrome and pregnancy, the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome, the monitoring of pregnancy and the timing of pregnancy.
