【摘要】：狼瘡危象是系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡(SLE)患者最嚴(yán)重的并發(fā)癥。一般認(rèn)為妊娠會使SLE病情惡化,使得狼瘡危象的診斷困難,病死率高。正確的診斷和治療妊娠合并狼瘡危象,是搶救患者生命的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Lupus crisis is the most serious complication in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Pregnancy is thought to worsen SLE, making lupus crisis difficult to diagnose and high mortality. Correct diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy with lupus crisis is the key to save the patient's life.
