【摘要】：【目的】探討長鏈非編碼RNA GAS5在卵巢癌中的表達(dá)水平及其臨床意義�！痉椒ā渴占殉舶┗颊叩牧鲶w組織標(biāo)本,通過實時熒光定量PCR檢測GAS5在卵巢癌組織中的表達(dá)水平。采用相關(guān)性分析,分析其表達(dá)水平與臨床病理特征之間的關(guān)系、及其與疾病預(yù)后之間的關(guān)系�！窘Y(jié)果】在卵巢癌瘤體組織中GAS5表達(dá)顯著下降(P=0.0004);GAS5的表達(dá)與瘤體體積呈負(fù)相關(guān)(d5 cm vs.d5 cm,P0.000 1);GAS5的表達(dá)與腫瘤期別呈負(fù)相關(guān)(Ⅰ~Ⅱgrades vs.Ⅲ~Ⅳgrades,P=0.0086)。采用Kaplan-Meier分析表明,GAS5表達(dá)水平越低患者預(yù)后和生存越差�！窘Y(jié)論】GAS5在卵巢癌中的表達(dá)情況與臨床病理特征以及預(yù)后相關(guān),可作為潛在的卵巢癌檢測標(biāo)記物。
[Abstract]:[objective] to investigate the expression of long chain noncoding RNA GAS5 in ovarian cancer and its clinical significance. [methods] the expression of GAS5 in ovarian cancer was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the expression level and clinicopathological features and the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
