【摘要】：目的:探討自制經(jīng)臍單孔腹腔鏡裝置在卵巢良性包塊手術(shù)中的應用效果。方法:回顧性分析我院2011年6月至2012年12月利用自制裝置的經(jīng)臍單孔腹腔鏡卵巢良性包塊剔除術(shù)20例(觀察組)患者臨床資料,對比同期接受傳統(tǒng)腹腔鏡卵巢良性包塊剔除術(shù)40例(對照組),比較兩組術(shù)中、術(shù)后情況。結(jié)果:兩組術(shù)中出血量比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。觀察組的手術(shù)時間(75.2±9.6分鐘)長于對照組(50.5±5.3分鐘),術(shù)后肛門排氣時間、首次下床時間、住院時間觀察組(10.4±4.6小時、8.2±2.5小時、3.1±1.4天)明顯低于對照組(16.9±4.2小時、16.3±5.6小時、5.0±1.9天),差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)臍單孔腹腔鏡術(shù)創(chuàng)傷小,術(shù)后恢復快,且自制裝置價格低廉、制作簡單,值得在臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of self-made transumbilical single-hole laparoscopic device in benign ovarian mass surgery. Methods: from June 2011 to December 2012, 20 patients with benign ovarian mass removal (observation group) undergoing laparoscopic ovarian mass removal with self-made devices from June 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. 40 cases of ovarian benign mass removal by laparoscope (control group) were compared in the same period. Results: there was no significant difference in intraoperative bleeding between the two groups (P0.05). The operative time of the observation group (75.2 鹵9.6 minutes) was longer than that of the control group (50.5 鹵5.3 minutes). The postoperative anal exhaust time, the first time of getting out of bed and the hospitalization time of the observation group were 10.4 鹵4.6 hours, 8.2 鹵2.5 hours. 3.1 鹵1.4 days was significantly lower than that in the control group (16.9 鹵4.2 hours, 16.3 鹵5.6 hours, 5.0 鹵1.9 days), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion: transumbilical single-hole laparoscopy has the advantages of small trauma, quick recovery, low cost and simple fabrication, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
