【摘要】：目的探討染色體多態(tài)性對(duì)體外受精/卵胞質(zhì)內(nèi)單精子顯微注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)助孕患者臨床妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法回顧性分析2015年3月—2016年6月在第二軍醫(yī)大學(xué)長(zhǎng)海醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心首次進(jìn)行IVF/ICSI-ET周期不孕不育夫妻的臨床資料。根據(jù)夫妻一方或雙方染色體是否存在多態(tài)性分為2組:染色體多態(tài)性組(夫妻一方或雙方存在染色體多態(tài)性)和染色體正常組(夫妻雙方染色體均正常)。比較分析兩組夫妻在IVF/ICSI-ET治療后的胚胎種植率、臨床妊娠率、早期流產(chǎn)率和每移植周期活產(chǎn)率。結(jié)果共納入1 108對(duì)行IVF/ICSI-ET助孕的不孕不育夫妻,其中染色體多態(tài)性組69對(duì),染色體正常組1 039對(duì)。染色體正常組和染色體多態(tài)性組的胚胎種植率(34.91%vs 34.62%,P0.05)、臨床妊娠率(49.09%vs 50.72%,P0.05)、早期流產(chǎn)率(11.37%vs 8.57%,P0.05)、每移植周期活產(chǎn)率(41.67%vs 43.47%,P0.05)差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論染色體多態(tài)性不影響IVF/ICSI-ET助孕患者的臨床結(jié)局。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of chromosome polymorphism on pregnancy outcome in IVF / intracytoplasmic sperm microinjection-embryo transfer (IVF/ICSI-ET)-assisted pregnancy. Methods the clinical data of infertile couples with IVF/ICSI-ET cycle were retrospectively analyzed from March 2015 to June 2016 at the Center of Reproductive Medicine, Changhai Hospital, second military Medical University. According to the polymorphism of one or both chromosomes of husband and wife, they were divided into two groups: the group of chromosome polymorphisms (one or both of them) and the group of normal chromosomes (the chromosomes of both husband and wife were normal). The embryo implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, early abortion rate and live delivery rate per transplant cycle were compared between the two groups after IVF/ICSI-ET treatment. Results A total of 1 108 infertile couples with IVF/ICSI-ET assisted pregnancy were included, including 69 pairs of chromosome polymorphisms and 1 039 pairs of normal chromosomes. The embryo implantation rate (34.91%vs 34.62), clinical pregnancy rate (49.09%vs 50.72%), early abortion rate (11.37%vs 8.57%), embryo implantation rate (34.91%vs 34.62), early abortion rate (11.37%vs 8.57%) in normal chromosome group and chromosome polymorphic group were significantly higher than those in control group. There was no significant difference in live birth rate (41.67%vs 43.47). Conclusion chromosome polymorphism does not affect the clinical outcome of IVF/ICSI-ET assisted pregnancy patients.
