【摘要】：目的探討女性不孕患者的心理壓力現(xiàn)狀,為有針對(duì)性地開(kāi)展心理疏導(dǎo)提供依據(jù)。方法采用隨機(jī)抽樣,對(duì)1 760例女性不孕患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 1 760例患者中,有心理壓力者為84.43%。采用試管嬰兒治療的患者,有心理壓力的人數(shù)明顯多于指導(dǎo)懷孕和人工授精的患者(P0.01);高學(xué)歷患者有心理壓力的明顯多于低學(xué)歷的患者(P0.01);科教文干部職員有心理壓力的明顯多于工農(nóng)商和其他職業(yè)人群(P0.01);不孕時(shí)間為2~5年的患者有心理壓力的明顯多于其他不孕時(shí)間的患者(P0.01);就診次數(shù)達(dá)到和超過(guò)2次的患者,有心理壓力的明顯多于首次就診的患者(P0.01)。結(jié)論重慶市女性不孕患者的心理壓力大,醫(yī)生應(yīng)積極與患者溝通,解答疑惑,疏導(dǎo)患者情緒;動(dòng)員家庭和社會(huì)關(guān)心、關(guān)愛(ài)患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the status of psychological stress in female infertile patients and to provide evidence for psychological counseling. Methods A total of 1760 female infertile women were investigated by random sampling. Results of the 1 760 patients, 84.43 had psychological pressure. In IVF patients, the number of patients with psychological stress was significantly higher than that with guiding pregnancy and artificial insemination (P0.01), the patients with higher educational level had more psychological stress than those with low educational background (P0.01). The psychological pressure of the staff of science, education and culture cadres was obviously more than that of the workers, farmers and other occupational groups (P0.01), and that of the patients with infertile time of 2 ~ 5 years was obviously more than that of the other infertile patients (P0.01). Patients with more than 2 visits had more psychological stress than those with first visit (P0.01). Conclusion the psychological pressure of female infertile patients in Chongqing is great. Doctors should actively communicate with the patients, answer their doubts, channel their emotions, mobilize their families and society to care for them and care for the patients.
