【摘要】：目的分析孕婦機(jī)體內(nèi)甲狀腺功能水平與重度子癇前期發(fā)生的相關(guān)性。方法選取我院2014年10月~2016年1月收治的重度子癇前期孕婦56例作為本次研究對象,組成此次研究的觀察組,再選取我院同期健康體檢孕婦56例作為此次研究的對照組。對比兩組孕婦的的甲狀腺功能。結(jié)果對比兩組孕婦甲狀腺水平,相比對照組,觀察組的游離甲狀腺激素(FT4)、游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸水平(FT3)明顯較低,促甲狀腺激素(TSH)明顯較高;且觀察組孕婦的血清中的甲狀腺過氧化物酶抗體(TPOAb)、甲狀腺球蛋白抗體水平(TGAb)陽性率均高于對照組,觀察組和對照組組間比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。討論重度子癇前期的促甲狀腺激素、游離甲狀腺激素、游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸水平均低于正常孕婦,對早期重度子癇孕婦甲狀腺功能檢測顯得極為重要。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the correlation between thyroid function and severe preeclampsia in pregnant women. Methods 56 pregnant women with severe preeclampsia admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the observation group, and 56 pregnant women in the same period were selected as the control group. Thyroid function was compared between the two groups. Results compared with the control group, the levels of free thyroid hormone (FT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3) and thyrotropin (TSH) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The positive rate of thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb), thyroglobulin antibody in serum of pregnant women in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant between the observation group and the control group. The level of free triiodothyronine (triiodothyronine) in severe preeclampsia is lower than that in normal pregnant women, which is very important for the detection of thyroid function in early severe eclampsia.
