【摘要】：妊娠期甲狀腺疾病發(fā)病率日益增加,正確診斷及處理對(duì)預(yù)防不良妊娠結(jié)局具有重要意義。針對(duì)妊娠期甲狀腺疾病的治療,目前首先強(qiáng)調(diào)適當(dāng)補(bǔ)碘,同時(shí)提倡個(gè)體化治療原則。合理的甲狀腺功能篩查方案和妊娠期甲狀腺功能正常參考范圍的建立,有助于指導(dǎo)妊娠期甲狀腺疾病的篩查。本文簡(jiǎn)要綜述妊娠期甲狀腺疾病的研究現(xiàn)狀、篩查、預(yù)防和治療。
[Abstract]:The incidence of thyroid diseases during pregnancy is increasing. It is important to correct diagnosis and management to prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes. In the treatment of thyroid disorders complicating pregnancy, the first emphasis is on iodine supplementation and the principle of individualized treatment. Reasonable thyroid function screening program and the establishment of normal reference range of thyroid function during pregnancy are helpful to guide the screening of thyroid disorders during pregnancy. This article briefly reviews the research status, screening, prevention and treatment of thyroid disorders complicating pregnancy.
