【摘要】：目的:使用導(dǎo)師自擬宮外孕方,以活血化瘀,消ve化積,理氣止痛之法,治療輸卵管妊娠,觀察兩組患者4周后短期的臨床療效、4周后中醫(yī)的證候療效,并持續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè),觀察血β-HCG下降至正常值以下所需時(shí)間,輸卵管妊娠包塊完全消失所需時(shí)間,探討自擬宮外孕方口服治療輸卵管妊娠的臨床價(jià)值,為臨床提供用藥依據(jù)。方法:將選取符合輸卵管妊娠診斷及納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的80例病例,以隨機(jī)的方式分為兩組(治療組、對(duì)照組)。治療組予每日服用自擬宮外孕方,對(duì)照組予紅金消結(jié)膠囊口服。記錄兩組每周血β-HCG值及輸卵管妊娠包塊大小;觀察并統(tǒng)計(jì)4周后短期的臨床療效、4周后中醫(yī)的證候療效;記錄每周血β-HCG下降值及輸卵管包塊大小,直至血β-HCG下降至正常、輸卵管包塊完全消失。結(jié)果:1.4周后的短期臨床療效、中醫(yī)證候的改善情況兩組進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,治療組與對(duì)照組之間有顯著差(P0.01);說(shuō)明治療組在短期治療效果及改善中醫(yī)癥候方面效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。2.兩組患者治療后血β-HCG值降至正常所需的時(shí)間比較,治療組所需時(shí)間與對(duì)照組相比更短,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);說(shuō)明治療組在使血β-HCG值降至正常值所需天數(shù)上治療效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.輸卵管妊娠包塊完全消失所需的時(shí)間比較,治療組輸卵管妊娠包塊消失更快,兩組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01).說(shuō)明治療組在使包塊消失所需天數(shù)上治療效果優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:用自擬宮外孕方治療輸卵管妊娠患者能收到確切療效,能有效改善臨床癥狀和體征,使血β-HCG盡快恢復(fù)正常,促進(jìn)輸卵管妊娠包塊吸收。安全可靠,高效價(jià)廉。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the short-term clinical curative effect after 4 weeks in two groups of patients, observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine after 4 weeks, and continuously monitor after 4 weeks of tubal pregnancy by using the method of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, eliminating eve and relieving pain by using a mentor. Objective: To observe the time needed for the complete disappearance of tubal pregnancy and discuss the clinical value of oral treatment of tubal pregnancy by extrauterine ectopic pregnancy, and to provide the basis for clinical application. Methods: 80 cases with tubal pregnancy diagnosis and inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group, control group). The treatment group was orally taken from the pseudo-ectopic pregnancy group and the control group was given to Hongjin Xiaojie capsule for oral administration. Two groups were recorded for each week's blood flow-rate value and the size of the tubal pregnancy bag; the short-term clinical efficacy after 4 weeks was observed and counted; the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine after 4 weeks was recorded; the weekly blood count-rate decrease value and the size of the tubal bag block were recorded until the blood flow rate-INR was decreased to normal, and the block of the fallopian tube was completely disappeared. Results: Compared with the control group, there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P0.01). Compared with the control group, the time required for the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The effect of treatment group on the number of days required for the disappearance of the block was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion: The patients with tubal pregnancy treated with pseudo-ectopic pregnancy can receive definite curative effect, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs, make the blood flow rate-normal resume normal as soon as possible, and promote the absorption of tubal pregnancy bag block. safe and reliable, high efficiency and low cost.
