【摘要】：上皮性卵巢癌是嚴(yán)重威脅女性健康的惡性腫瘤,其復(fù)發(fā)率高、早期診斷率低。與其他惡性腫瘤一樣,不同卵巢癌患者在分子水平上存在高度異質(zhì)性。隨著對卵巢癌臨床病理特征分析和分子研究的日益成熟,研究者旨在通過制定卵巢癌分子預(yù)后評估模型來對患者進行預(yù)后評估、指導(dǎo)個體化治療。其中基于TCGA腫瘤基因研究的漿液性卵巢癌預(yù)后分型評估在臨床上得到了一定的驗證,而其他病理類型和亞型的分子預(yù)后評估模型研究還在探索中。在此就卵巢癌預(yù)后評估模型的研究重點予以闡述,為提高卵巢癌的治療療效提供思考線索。
[Abstract]:Epithelial ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor that threatens the health of women. Its recurrence rate is high and its early diagnosis rate is low. As with other malignant tumors, different ovarian cancer patients are highly heterogeneous at the molecular level. With the increasing maturity of clinicopathological analysis and molecular studies of ovarian cancer, the researchers aim to evaluate the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients by establishing a molecular prognostic evaluation model to guide individualized therapy. The prognostic classification of serous ovarian cancer based on TCGA gene study has been verified in clinic, while the molecular prognostic evaluation models of other pathological types and subtypes are still under exploration. In this paper, the focus of ovarian cancer prognosis evaluation model is described to provide clues for improving the therapeutic effect of ovarian cancer.
